My order number was CART14767004.
I placed a order for a combo of 1/2 kg black forest cake and bunch of 12 roses to deliver in Agra (UP) on 31st Jan 2008.
Order was delivered but in damaged condition. Flowers were fine but cake is in damaged condition. Cake reached in to small pieces and cream of cake was completely stuck with box. This was a really bad experience. You are in gift business and your business is not taking care...
