Hello, My name is Phani Piduri living in USA. I have ordered condolence message with a bunch of flowers for my cousine on 22-AUG-2010 USA timings (who expired on 20-AUG-2010). But unfortunately they have not delivered yet. I called them on thier customer care number [protected] which is there on thier site. But after three days also there is no reponse. As per the terms they have to deliver on the same day. Yeah, this sounds ridiculous. Have they taken the money out of your account yet? If so, there is a major problem here. Do they have your correct address? That could be a problem as well. http://www.indibest.com

Dear Sir,This is in regard to an order made online through http://www.indiaonlineflorists.com.
I made an order to deliver flowers to my parents on 26th Of Nov 2008 but this ordered has yet not been delivered. I have lodge a complaint to this company but as per them they say they had delivered the order. When i go on company website it shows order is still pending.. Below are the details but still the company refuse to accept that they have not delivered the order.

They have deducted the amount of Rs 375 from my account and have not refunded it back. I am not sure on what basis are they claiming that they have delivered the order even though there website also shows that order is still pending. I will be thankfull if Consumer Forum takes some action against them .At least it will help us in reducing online scams .
