Hi,
I had ordered the below things from their portal on 25th Feb 2012:
1. Birthday cake, a bouquet and a fresh fruits basket
2. 2 Shoppers Stop gift vouchers worth Rs 5000 each
They have not yet delivered one Gift voucher worth Rs 5000.
I have sent mails to them but no replies.
Have been trying at the number given on the portal but nobody takes the call.

My husband had ordered one chocolate cake,12 roses, one card and one heart shape balloon.
When I got delivery the cake was totally different then ordered, they have delivered 6 roses 6 sunflowers.They have not deliver us a big card and heart shape balloon.
The quality of cake is worst we can not eat it.we'll have to throw it to dump if they will not replace it....

Hello, My name is Phani Piduri living in USA. I have ordered condolence message with a bunch of flowers for my cousine on 22-AUG-2010 USA timings (who expired on 20-AUG-2010). But unfortunately they have not delivered yet. I called them on thier customer care number [protected] which is there on thier site.
But after three days also there is no reponse. As per the terms they have to deliver on the same day.
