[Resolved]  Huawei / Ce 0862 — speed connection

I have spent over 3200rps on this device with unlimited plan. I am here on a business i have to have internet everytime i meet a client i had no luck on speed as i am typing this complaint i just check on a speed its 0.7kb/sec its takes forever to even open a web page.
