Sub: - Delay in Repair Reliance Instrument Set
Dear Sir,
We had purchased a new Classic Model Reliance Land Line, as our original equipment had been giving problem some time (Purchase on 31 August 2009) immediately it was noted there is problem in hand set as it used to get hanged automatically.
We have then taken it to your service center as advised by Mr. Rakesh who handles our account (C.U.G) .It was handed on the 26th September 2009 and were informed that it will be working in two days, we tried to call on the phone number given but no one picked up, so our office staff went personally on 1st October but was informed to come after a weeks time.
We again visited on 12th October and were informed come on 14th October but when we again visited on 15th October and were kept waiting ultimately my person called me up and I spoke to service of the delay and harassment, but nothing seemed to happen. And after this call and speaking to Mr Arvind, the machine was handed over as repaired to my staff.
Today morning when we called up from this instrument it again got hanged. So let us know what should be done in such a case as our STD bills are on a rise because of the non working conditions of the Classic landline instrument. We request you to immediately give us a replacement for this piece as we find you are unable to rectify the problem .If delayed further any losses borne will be brought forward to you .
