Huawei Mobile Phone — frequently disconnect | |
I have purchase a huawei mobile only 3 months back (MAY2009). most of the time i cannot connect with any other mobile, and it is always shows unreachable while anyone try to connect me. by chance if the connection establish, the conversation breaks several time. this handset bothering me a lot, though the connection is lifetime, yet i take another mobile and another service provider. sir i have c 2901 mobile phone o[censored]r company . i have submitted it 3 times at patel nagar service centre but he is nt doing any thing wid the phone. the problem is that
1.battery back up
2.network problem
3.automatic restart
4.poor battery back up
sir these all are complaint .which i was already tell him but once i get back the phone having same prob... dats nt fare 2 do like this things wid costomers.my bill serial no. is 1746..and i m put it into
company name-amit enterprises(authorized service partner of tvs electronics ltd.)
address: d-201 ground floor, west patel nagar..new delhi

today i just came back from there n nw i submit my ph again he said this time we will change ur phone board ..he said come in d next 10 days.. sir i dnt have phone so all work is depending upon my phone.. i kindly requested 2 u plz look into this matter as early as possible...n tell him dat do his best work
