[Resolved] Huawei Technologies India Private Ltd — reg Notice Period
I have joined Huawei Technologies on 13th Aug 2010. Due to my health reasons, I have asked for unpaid leave of one month. I was also not very comfortable with the company's policy and have decided to take rest when my leave was rejected.
I have informed the same and submitted the resignation letter. I was willing to satisfy the Notice period, but was relieved earlier on 24th September 2010.
As per the Company's policies, I do not need to pay them anything as I was willing to satisfy the Notice Period, but they did not ask me for.
They are the one to pay for the 1 month notice period as it was my manager who relieved me.
Everything was discussed on my last working day, and I was been told that Notice period is waived off and the formalities were completed.
I was expecting to receive salary for 24 working days of September.
After a month, I receive the salary after deducting the notice period.
Please, take proper action to avoid such exploitation of employees by the companies which make policies just to take advantage.
