[Resolved] Huda — Unnecessary Delays/ Asking bribe

Dear Sir, We own a plot in Huda Sector 43. For last 1 and half year we have been asking for information. Every step after lots of followup we get some information either incorrect/ incomplete. With great difficulty we managed to get possession of our plot on papers. Now we have submitted papers for Conveynce Deed/ Appliction to mortgage. And about to submit building plan for approval. Even after the time frame for each of the document is over we do not get response from Huda. When I go their I have to myself move the files across departments and the concerned person finds one or the other reason to delay the matter unncessary. Iam given a message through some attendant that " Madam this is Huda, instead of running around yourself pay some money everything would be done fast and hassle free". For each and every step in Huda bribe amounts are fixed. Iam an educated citizen of Free India. I refuse to fall to these tactics. Hi Poonam we are the same victum we also paid 2 lakh rupees bribe in HUDA sector 30 they all are everybudy is corrupt even the above department you know HUDA administrator in 2008 year he says on our face he want 25 laks rupees in a month from bribe because he has to give to upper department also and i[censored] complaint about me nobudy listen to you because we are here to this post after paying lot of money to the MP and CM so what will you do i[censored] compalint there is one way i[censored] see any huda people roming around you just picup the stone and through on his face this is the only better way or do something to him so that he will feel how he is hurting people of faridabad .

Hi Poonam,

I'm also facing the same problem and now I'm corruption is really well established practice in HUDA office.

You won't find even one employee of HUDA who is not corrupt, infact the only purpose of them being here in Gurgaon is to rob plot owners.

Still I'm struggling to find the way out.What happened in your case, are you still struggling or had to surrender to their demand of bribe to expedite things fast.

Hi Frnd,

HUDA is one of the INDIA's most and worst corrupt department. I would request everyone not to opt for HUDA plots and Flats.

Every clark/office needs bribe and they ask from thier bladdy mouth.

Media people this is my humble request to do some probe in this mater as everyone is frustrated from these nonsense clarks/officers.

we have just built a house in sec 31 in faridabad..problem is that our back side neighbour has filed a complaint that our bathrooms( which we have built in back side baramda which is not allowed by huda )are blocking sun in their back side..now he is demanding that we should demolish all bathrooms..what can we do, can we fight legaly on it there are so many plots who have made like this..kindly suggest..
