[Resolved]  Hush India pvt ltd — Sagging of mattresses

We are makers of premium luxury sleep and comfort products for homes and hotel since the last have been in the business since the last 16 years catering to 3, 4 and 5 star hotels as well as retail clients. As per our warranty clause we adhere to the same. We have been in constant touch with the client rectified the mattress and delivered the same on 24th May 2011. In our letter we have even given them the assurance that during the warranty period, we are always available to solve any problems related to the mattress.

Since this compliant was posted on 4th May and the we delivered the mattress on 24th May, we expect you to remove this compliant.

I m using hush product since last 4 years, and I visited so many times to adarsh nagar shop and now crystal mall shop but it is very regret to post this complain that all the staff are disgusting and irresponsible, totally bakwaas every time fake and childist exuses and commitment, product may be good but service is so bad that I don't feel like going or buying any product from them.
