We purchased a bed from Hush in January 2015 for INR 50, 000, from the store next to Phoenix Mills in Parel, Mumbai. We were told that this was made of teak wood and therefore assumed that the bed would be sturdy and last reasonably long.
8 months down the line, one of the wooden headboard bars broke in half, as easily as if it was made of particle board. I also noticed that one of the legs of the bed had chipped badly although the bed...

Sagging of mattresses

Dear Sir,
As Ive purchased the matteress from Hush India pvt ltd only 9 months back and from last month as Ive been after them as the manufacturing defect of pasting which they agree. Pl help me as Ive paid 44000/ for the mattress.
Ive been in contact with thier ware house at Andheri(e) with Mr. Suyog.([protected]) ware house manager.
