Hush Puppy — Poor quality, bad sales man

I purchased shoe from bata show room at korum mall, thane on 2nd sept 2012 at a price of rs.3199/-.Initially, i used to wear once in week, then increased the frequency to adjust with my feet. After 3-4 months, i started wearing regularly. To my surprise, i found the sole was wearing very fast!!
Soon the rain starts at mumbai on 8th june, i felt that the water started penetrating in the left shoe. It was in a miserable state.
I had to abandon it.
I went to bata show room at korum mall on 17th june at 3.30 pm and explained to concerned sales man on duty. He was very rough at me" it is gone case, i can not repair it"."we give guarantee only for two months". " your shoe has got cracked, we can not repair it". When i told that while buying, no guarantee card was issued, then how i can come to know all the about laws? He told " only slips are issued".
Sir, why should i suffer after purchasing such a costly shoe from a renowned company? Why the shoe could not be usable even for 6 months? Which organization of brand name gives only 2 months guarantee? Why the sales man was so rough and rude? As if i have damaged my own shoe?
I have another pair of shoe purchased from kolkata in the year 2009 at rs.1700/-only from another brand name and it is still comfortable.
May i request you to see that my shoe is proper replaced and the sales man be trained first how to behave with a customer. I am a retired general manager from reliance marketing and customer services and know how to boost up the sales.
I will wait, but will tell all others not to go to bata show room at korum mall and not to see "hash puppie". Then i will go to consumer court for supplying me such a poor quality and moreover to get such a shabby deal from your sales man.
