Do you remember name of the mechanic who handled your vehicle there in Kota service center?
(2) R.O. No. R[protected].[protected]. Car was returned back to me on[protected] whereas they promised to return the case within four days from R.O. date. They charged Rs. 257 towards coolant whereas coolant was full while handover the car for maintenance/repair. While take the car in their possession they told me that no much damage in the car and bill will be very low. While returned the car they handed over me the bill of Rs. 39511/- which seems to very high. They have taken Rs. 3500/- as a difference which seems to justified. While we drived the car immediately after taking from the workshop, we found that staring was not adjusted properly. Please note that we drived our car about 55 Km. by LPG gas to reach our destination. We get filled 20 leter petrol also in Kota city. After running of 55 Km. it has come to our notice that one line of the petrol was fully open. Even nut bolts also were not available for connection. Please see the detail for the same. I kept my car in garriage in residential colony. In order to closing the window, my son did the power on. He observed that some sound is coming in engine side. He seen under the car. Petrol was draining. He immediately called the our neighbor. He was having good experience about the car because he is maintaining car since long. He checked the car and shown us that one petrol pipe was fully open and almost complete tank was empty. Due to this major carelessness there were the chances of serious accident. Even public accident in the Kota city. I immediately informed the workshop manager about the same. He sent the mechanic at1830 Hours on[protected] for repair of the same. Thanks.
