i-mate jama phone — defective piece and third grade customer service

Subject:- Complaint letter
Dear sir,
I am Dr Amit Tirth, dental surgeon from moradabad, my brother Mr Anurag Jain had ordered two i-mate jama phones, on dated 18/1/08 product number is[protected] and 21/1/08 product number[protected] through ICICI credit card. As one he has gifted to me and i am using in moradabad and the other he is using in delhi itself. There is some problem with both the hand sets that I am elisting below:-
1. While using internet through phone when we disconnect the phone it became hanged
2. The sim card slot is very tight that i have to use some thing to take out the sim card
3. While keeping the phone for an hour or more without using it, the screen become white and the led in the top of the screen become red as that happened in charging process
4. Some times after making a call, the phone became switch off, and it become dead after that then i have to take out the battery and then it starts up.
5. After inserting a memory card the phone regularly ask for downloading the musical library yes/no again and again.
6. Photograph taken From the Phone And Transferring Them To Pc They Become Hazzy in PC, Settings Are Ok.
7. After making a complaint to your customer care executive, he guided me to reset the phone that is hard reset, by doing that the problem will be solved automatically but after that also the situation is same.
Sir, I am sending you my mobile phone order no 62001368, i mate p30, imei:[protected], S/N: P[protected], P/N: Y[protected]. My brother will send you other phone from Delhi and the copy of invoice of both the phones, he will be sending with his phone.
Sir, Kindly i request you to solve the problem and replace my phone as soon as possible.

this is dr amit from moradabad, im complaining about my mobile phone i mate jama product no[protected], that i send you for replacement as the set is having multiple problems, first u people said u didnt recieved my phone, then after showing the recipt of curier that i faxed, then again you people said that u got my mobile and ull sort out my problem as soon as possible. now last week i called ur office to enquire about my phone, its almost 1 month passed, they said sir we will send u with in 2 days on emergency basis, but even today i didnt recieved my phone?what is it? you people do not stick to ur commitment this is the way u entertain ur customers? i spend 7000 on phone, and approx 4456 is my phone bill that i called to enquire about my phone i dont think that was a deal?and even if i recieve my phone if again that thing happen what should i do? ive ordered 2 phones the other one is already dead, now im frustrated and thinking to do legal action against ur service.
