this is dr amit tirth complaining about my i-mate jama phone, still i didnt get any justice regarding my phone, at present i ve send only one phone what will happen if ive sended both the phones, fron last 1 month they are saying my phone is in service centre, i asked how much time u people want they said we cant say.
they have given warrenty of 6 months, 3 months are passed by making call and complaining only the remaining 3...

i am dr amit tirth from moradabad as i had already discussed about the third class management of deals 4 all companty from mumbai, i purchased 2 phones in jan 2008, after 1 week of purchasing one of the phone become dead the ither one shoew multiple problems, the customer care persons said to send the mobile to them, i tried each and every curier service but no one agreed to send it, after that i paid triple amount and send the phone...
