Dear Sir, My name is Salmaan Khan and I am a ex-employee of "I-Solutions providers india pvt ltd" which is a service provider of icici bank ltd. My employee was 11027 over there. I have send my fully filled PF form for withdrwal to Mr. Sunil Singh Saini (HR Executive) add- I-Solutions providers india pvt ltd, 8, Local Shopping Complex, Push vihar, Madan Giri, New Delhi-110062 before approximately eight months but still i dont have received any information regarding my PF. My PF No is MH/94095/1134. Sir it is my humble request to you that please take some favourable actions regarding my PF. I Prashant R. Moholkar working with ICICI Bank CPSG had resigned
from i-Solutions India Pvt Ltd in June 2008.
I am yet to recieve my PF withdrawl amount.
We were informed that we would recieve the amount in Feb 09.
My EMP No -19520.
Please let me know the status of my PF application.
I had submitted my application in June 2008.
There was no discripancy or deficiency in my application.
Those people who had taken my form for refernce have recieved their PF amount.
I am sick of calling as no one picks up the telephone.
Pune office has simply raised their hands long back.
The New Delhi Office is playing aroun and fooling us.
Requesting you to look into this matter seroiusly.

Myself Vinod kumar My Emp. Code- 13520(I-Solution Provider (India) Pvt Ltd) Home Loan Chandigarh Posted At Icici bank Chhoti baradari Patiala. After working with the co. named i-solutions Providers (INDIA) Pvt. Ltd. I finally resigned on Aug 2007 and I compleat all the resigning formalities company not send me any documents/forms regarding Pf withdrawal.
Please Send me documents/forms regarding Pf withdrawal and detailed address of concern office Or Person.
