I10 — exchange bonus

WE HAVE PURCHASED I10 VECH. FROM M/S DHOOT AGENCIES IN THE MONTH OF OCT.09.
WE HAVE SUBMITTED ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO THEM ON 14.01.10.
THEREAFTER ON SEVERAL OCCASSION WE HAVE TELEPHONIC ENQUIRY REGARDING THE EXCHANGE BONUS OS RS. 15000/-. BUT REGREAT TO INFORM YOU THAT TILL DATE NO RESPONSE FROM DEALER. FINALLY REMINDER DETAILE LETTER HAS BEEN HANDED OVER TO THEM ON 18.11.10. THEY HAVE NOT SIGNED THE LETTER & ONLY STAMP ON OUR O/C HAVE BEEN GIVEN.
EVEN I HAVE TALKED WITH OWNER OF DEALERSHIP, HE HAS PRIOMISED TO REVERT BACK IN HALF AN HOUR, NOW ONE WEEK HAS GONE NO RESPONSE.
SHALL I APPROACH CONSUMER FORUM TO GET BACK BONUS AMOUNT ALOGWITH INTEREST.
PL REVERT BACK.

I10 — no proper service

I sanjay soni of ajmer had purchased i10 from rajpath hyundai, ajmer on 27th feb 2009.
our i10's clutch plate and pressure plate are not working. the service manager of ajmer service centre is saying parts are not available and he said that he'll gonna arrange it for us in 48 hours but it has been nearly 7 days passed we had registered the complaint. we all are suffering here from many problems.. we all hope that u will do somethin as soon as possible or either we can sue you for exploiting consumers and there will be a great harm to your possessed goodwill..

My car i10 Hyundai had received for paid service by BEEAAR Hyundai work shop Chinhat, Faizabad road, Lucknow, on[protected], my wife received back the Car after made payments of Rs. 3484=00 but before one week, when I required stepny wheel to change, I saw very surprisely that stepny wheel old and used for long period but my stepny was new and not used till date because I purchased new i10 car on[protected] from BEEAARRHyundai Mahanagar, Lucknow.
In this connecton I made complaints to the concern work shop upto General Manager but I have not received any response from the work shop.
So I am requesting to yourself kindly take strong action against work shop and order them to provide me my stepny wheel.

Dear Sir,

SUBJECT : Non reciept of Bill, RTO Registration,etc

I purchase a car for my personnel & family use.I decided to purchase a HYUNDAI i-10 car as my brother & nephew have the same.I approaches your Mathura dealer M/s.SHIEL HYUNDAI,83,Navada,NH#2,Mathura .

As usual I delivered a draft for Rs.459801/- vide their receipt no.8266 dt.05/05/2011 towards the cost of vahicle (i-10 sportz)etc.& cheque for Rs.33986/- vide their reciept no.8269 dt.06/05/2011(debited to my a/c.on 09/05/2011) towards registration expences.

After handing over the amount I feel a change in the behaviour of the executive/staff. Any how I took the delivery of car. Later on I came to know that it will take a month for registration to be done. I dont know what are the competitive price for the vehicle, what more amenities are their for me, & discounts etc. available to me as I am eager to have a car.They also told me that the you will get corporate discount after one & half month as I have paid all the amount earlier.

I contacted the manager many times over mobile to get my bill & registration if it is ready,every time he told me "abhi nahin hua" even now he dont like to pick my call or try to call me later.

> I could not use the car in absence of proper documents/papers. >The car which I purchased is remain standing in garrage.
> I could not attend 2-3 proggrammes of in nearby Rajasthan & M.P., which I originolly make up to go by car.

I have also contacted Mr.Rajeev Ratan ji on 13/06/2011 & he assured me that you will get your papers by wednesday 15/06/2011 but all in vein.

Now I have following problems before me-

1. I am working in State Bank Of India,Darve branch (MATHURA) as Asstt.Manager, & avail a loan under staff car loan scheme,
I am also delaying to submit the papers to bank for complying with loan documents, generally the period is one month, how more it will take to get my registration done.

2. As per companie's manual 1st free service is due on 06/07/2011(being 06/05/2011 is date of delivery of vahicle), in this situation what is use of free service where car hardly runs only 200 km.

3. When I will get my corporate discount ?

4. I want to know whether this problem is with only me or with all the car (owners) sold on & after
06/05/2011. If their is any problem in R T O Office than let me the status of pending Or successful registration.
