[Resolved] Ibibo — No Refund after cancellation | |
I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to Goa for Nov 24 and returning on Nov 26th on iBIBO (Ref #: TBO5322027 and PNR #: DZMWVE). Due to change of plans, i cancelled the Tix on Nov 14. Till date (Jan 3rd 2012), i have not received the refund. Every time i call the customer service, i get the same BS answer of "the refund is getting processed" or "there is some technical difficulty" or "your refund will be done in 48 hours" etc. But this is a lie and this company which is fairly large and well established is defrauding customers. Looks like i am not the only one who is going through this hassle, because many people have already complained about the same issue. Can you please look into this matter, not only for my case, but also for the sake of all the other customers who are getting duped by this company? Was this information helpful? | |
