[Resolved] IBM Daksh — PPF Refund

Hi, I have submitted my Providend fund withdrawl form in the Gurgaon Office on January 02, 2009. My PF number is HR/FBD/10640/10128. I have not received any amount details or any communication from the office of when I would get the amount back. Its been six months now that the form was submitted. Respected sir,

This is Sudha Pandiyan, worked with IBM Daksh business process pvt. ltd. for more than 1.5 years in Navallur Chennai. I have submitted my Provident fund documents at your Gurgaon office on 30/june./2011. Now it has 5 months been paassed away.
I request you please let me know if my PF amount ( PF no.- HR/10640/45144) has been transferred to my account or not? I parden you again, please-please transferred my PF amount to my account becouse I need money urgently to solve my problem.

I will be very thankful to you, please consider my issue and solve it as soon as possible. please- ploease-please…
