[Resolved]  IBM Daksh — No PF amount received yet

Sir,

I am Charanjeet Singh writing to seek your help in my pf issue. After getting all the paper work done from my company IBM Daksh( gurgaon), where i worked for more than 9 months[protected] till[protected].My Employee ID in IBM Daksh was 158630. I sent my provident fund clearance document to PF office through courier. I was told that it takes about 60 days to get the money but till today it is more than 120 days and nothing has been credited to my account. My PF a/c no is HR/FBD/10640/64509. I do not know what happened with my application and my amount which is pending at their end.

Further, I tried to contact to the PF office over the phone but they never pick up my calls on the numbers -[protected]/36/37/38. Also, one day somehow after making numerous call to them, i talked to someone on the extn no. 33 at around 6pm and he told me that he will call back as he is going home at this time but he could not call me back on the next day which is the height of carelessness from their side. There is no support from the people sitting over there.

Hence i request you to look into the matter and looking forward to your cooperation.
