Hi my name is
Prince Khera
MY pf account number is HR/10640/10351.When I submitted the form, i was told that I will receive the amount within 45 days or max 60 days in my bank account but till now I have not recieve any money Please look into this matter.
please take action as soon as possible

With humble request & submission, I wish to draw that i have duly filled the PF withdrawl form and have deposited quite a long time ago..

As was told that I would be receiving the amount within 45 days, but as if now i have not received it in my bank account..I have deposited in the month of December first week..

Could you please intervene and do the needful at the earliest..
