[Resolved] IBM Server System X3200 M2 — System restarts before OS loading completion | |||
Sir, our IBM System Server X 3200 M2, (Product ID : 4368IGS, Serial No. 99D6696) automatically restarts before completion of loading OS (MS Windows Server 2008). The same complain was rectified by your Service Engineer, Imphal on 10/6/2010. But, the same defect was started again after one week. When we contact Mr RK Bikram , Service Engineer, Imphal, he asked to make a fresh complain as previous complain was closed. so, we made a complain on 23/7/2010 with "Case ID : P481LH9". Unfortunately nobody has attended till today. Kindly arrange to attend a service engineer at the earliest by your good company. With regards, K. i want inform you that i am also use the ibm server but after some days it not working .ibm server restart countiniously.which are in graunty period . IBM SERVER SERIAL NO. 99B4129, and MTM NO. 436717S..
