I have filed US tax returns for year 2011 using IBSN. As i am in India, the refund check has been sent to IBSN US address.
Inspite of many emails theya re not returning my cheque. It has been sent in July 2012 by the state dept but till date no is responding to my emails. All the numbers mentioned in their website are not reachable.

Cheque — Tax refund
Hi I have received Rs. 4610 in the month of Feb 2010 to my old address and the moment i received the cheque I had 3 days to clear that through bank.But There was delay in the processing from bank side and I could not get my refund. The cheque is with me now and just wanted to know where should I return it so that they will issue me a new cheque/DD
I could see the branch name as - S>B>I Ghatkopar(W) Mumbai.
Please help me in getting the correct address.
