Hi,

This is with regards to the enrollment #[protected]. I have got my registration cancelled long through my telephonic and personal conversation with various ICFAI representatives and Mr. Prashant of ICFAI, Janak Puri Branch, New Delhi.

In spite of my repetitive request for the cancellation of my enrollment and return of cheques, ICFAI University is depositing my cheques in Bank which in turn are getting dishonored.

As a snapshot of the situation, I have submitted taken admission in July’09 in the CFA Programme with the initial amount of 10,000 and 10 Post dated Cheques of Rs.4580 (Serial # 428755 to 64) and after that I realized that I won't be able to continue my studies from ICFAI. I informed the Branch head of Janak Puri Branch, Mr.Prashant about canceling my enrollment by personally visiting the Janak Puri Branch in the month of Aug’09 on 03/08/2009 and asked to return my cheques. Instead of returning my cheques, he told me that the cheques are sent to the Hyderabad and it will take around a month to receive cheques from there.


In the 07/09/2009, my cheques # 428755 was got cleared, which was clearly “UNLAWFUL”. This event has made me to give a standing instructions to my bank ICICI to not to clear any cheques from Serial # 428756 to 64. I got only 1 package of books neither I appeared for single exam.

In response to that, I have got calls my from the Accounts Deptt. And the Mr. Prashant, to whom told that I don’t want to continue my course, please cancel my enrollment.

I am getting the repetitive dishonor of cheques letters, INSPITE OF REPETATIVELY TELLING ICFAI PEOPLE ABOUT MY CANCELLATION OF ENROLLMENT.

Also, I AM GETTING THREAT TO BE READY FOR SERIOUS CONSQUENCES.

Could you please look into this asap.
