[Resolved] Icfai Hyderabad — Non refund of fees | |||
Respected sir/ madam, I am writing this mail to you because of the problem I am facing over a last few months. I had taken admission in ICFAI Hyderabad on the 14th of May but on health grounds I revoked my admission on the 6th of July. Now I have already paid a total sum of 3,04,000 in the college including my first semester fees and the tuition fees. When we called the college, they told us they will be refunding 75 % of the amount we paid as tuition fees of Rs 1,74,000 and approx 40,000 of the hostel fees where we paid a total of 50,000. After a week's time we called them again to know about the refund, they blatantly refused to refund any amount. We have paid a total amount of 3,04,000 which is in itself a huge amount and they have refused to refund it. So am asking for your help in this matter and hoping to get something positive from it. I am attaching the mail I sent to them which they haven't responded to yet. The mail is just below and the documents are attached along with the mail in PDF format. Kindly help us out in this matter. We will be highly grateful to you. Thanking you.
