I am hereby again point out the non eligibility to withheld my Rs. 15000/- as paid vide Punjab national bank Danapur Cantt draft no.[protected] dated[protected] because your provisional offer for admission dated 27 may 2008 regarding my roll No.[protected] for B.Tech. C.Se. Dehradun is far beyond from legal & academics status last week of July 2008 as per notification 22 July 2005 o[censored]GC, New Delhi 02. Icfai is the worst institution cheating innocent students. Hope Government intervenes & asks these to take proper recognition/approval or help the students.It also charges high fee-making it difficult for poor students(who might have taken high educational loans) to repay as it is very difficult for them to get decent jobs or pursue higher education due to various complications of recognition and money.

ICFAI — Non refund of money
I paid Rs 80, 000 as first installment.But cancelled my admission later.
The college authorities are not responding on my repeated requests for refund.
Please guide if any legal action can be taken against the college.
