[Resolved] ICIC Bank Credit Card — Surcharge charge on Fuel charges | |
Dear Sir I am holding ICICI Bank Credit card .I normally pay for Petrol through this card .Attached is the details of mail written to ICICI Bank but they have refused to revert the charges saying that the cards was swipe with NOn ICICI vending machine .Attached is the subscript of mail sent to ICICI Bank Details of mails Sent to ICICI bank This is in reference to Transaction number 17/12/2008 74327078354235412280134 WESTERN PETROLEUM Rs. 1, 028.10(DR ) .I had purchase the Petrol of Rs 1000 .You had charged me Surchage of Rs 28.10 for the same .I have been paying for Petrol from the same card from the same HP dealer .Never in PAST ICICI have charged me for the same .Will you please revert these charges and update me about the change Was this information helpful? | |

I ahd a credit card from ICICI bank 6 years back. I ahd an issue with them and than after lots of communication we settled at a figure of Rs.60000.00 which was to be paid by me thru 3 PDCs.which i had issued to them from my Bank.( Ihave a copy of the letter issued along with the cheques to their collection agency persons acknoledgement on the same) after 4 months for the cheques issued when i called them up to know why the third cheque of Rs.20000.00 is not presented by them and after chasing them for 20 + time (coz i knew they would harrasse me other wise) i get a call from them saying they have lost the 3rd cheque. I issued a fresh cheque after stopping the payment of the lost cheque and issued a fresh cheque with a letter which is acknowledged by them.
After that for at least 32 years i got bills and every time i called they said it would not come next time.
than i started getting calls on SUNDAYs and SMSs regularly. In between 3 different collection agencies came for payments and i have given a set of total communication to them, they all agreed the case if CLOSED.
I got a call from ICICI bank 2 months back and i spoke to one Ms. Deepa ( this time i wanted to take names and keep track) and she apologised for the trouble and promised me to come back and as i was sure she never came back.
in the meantime i have sent a legal notice thru my lawyer but as ICICI bank does not care for small clients no body has bothered to call me.
Yesterday on 28th feb i get a sweet sms asking me to pick up a welcome call from ICICI and than i get a call from delhi no asking me to pay up or face consequances.
PLS GUIDE ME OR LET ME KNOW MR. KAMATHS NO. as i am NOW TERRIFIED AND TENSED.
Hope some one will help me.

Credit Card — surcharge charged on fuel
I have a credit card for which i was told there will be no sur charge on filling fuel on HP pumps but for last more than 6 months surcharge is debited.I have a sbi credit card which does not charge on any petrol pump.If the money is not reversed than i will stop using your creditcard .do the needful immediately
