ICICI Bank / BSNL / Euronet Worldwide India Pvt Ltd — Amount debited to Bank Account but top up to Mobile not provided | |||
Rs 500 each for two BSNL prepaid mobiles top up was charged to my ICICI Bank Account. But no top was provided even after more than 3 days. Transaction Nos.[protected]/1009 dt 5-3-11 and Transaction No.[protected]/1009 dt 5-3-11 both for Rs. 500 each. Is there some body to monitor and arrange to refund my hard earned money?
