Icici Lombard — wrong policy document

I got call from one of executive from ICICI Lombard and even though I said EMI. The whole amount for 2 financial year is deducted from my credit card. Also not provided my premium certificate as per my actual payment.

When I asked to cancel my policy the response i got is they will charge 30% cancellation charges which was not mentioned in my policy document.

I communicated this within 6 days of purchasing the policy.

I request you give me justice

ICICI Lombard — car claim less given for towing charges

I ,rohtash kumar ,have alto car which was unfortunately got accident on 26/7/2010 but i have been given only Rs. 750/- in stead of Rs. 1200/- as crane charges .
