[Resolved]  Icici Lombard — Fraud in Online Two Wheeler Insurance Renewal

I purchased online two wheeler insurance for my father in law. I was charged in my credit card. I was expecting a email with the policy details. I received a email with black PDF file and now after many call with Customer service executives the response is that they are not able to locate any records with my credit card details and other details... Very much frustruated.. Worst Customer service. I asked for escalating the call and was put on hold for more than 15 minutes.. hanged up due to frustruation...

they just make fool, customer care too use to put us on hold and later disconnecting the call, they should be stoped from any insurance service..fraud people.
