Location/place: MUMBAI Name of company/service: ICICI LOMBARD I AM NILESH JAISWAL HOLDING ICICI LOMBARD CAR INSURANCE FOR LAST 5 YEARS, ITS FIRST TIME MY CAR GOT DENT DUE TO ACCIDENT 15 DAYS BACK, WHEN I TRIED TO CLAIM TO INSURANCE COMPANY THEY SAID THAT THE CLAIM NEEDS TO BE REPORT WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF THE ACCIDENT, SO NO CLAIM CAN BE MADE FROM MY SIDE. I NEVER HAD CLAIM IN LAST 5 YEARS ITS FIRST TIME I AM CLAIMING AND IN REVERT I AM GETTING THIS REPONSE. PLEASE GUIDE ME FOR THE SAME. THNAKS AIN ADVANCE. Yesterday your people called and explained about the Insurance and I could not freely talk to them due to official work. I am having the Mediclaim policy and hence I am not requiring the Insurance facility at present and once the mediclaim is over I will contact you and take the policy and hence do not issue the policy or debit or block my account and oblige.
