i had submitted my claim on /JULY/08 along with all the original documents as required by the policyafter which i have been continuously pursuing for the status & i get the same reply that the "claim is under process". i recieved a letter for shortfall of documents in SEPTEMBER dated 28/08/08 "which were not required as per the policy instructions regarding requirements for processing the policy" still we managed to get it from the hospital since more than a month had passed & submitted immediately in next week on 11/09/08. again on calling after a week i got the same reply of claim being under process. now when i called in NOVEMBER they are saying again there is shortfall for prior consultancy papers - THAT I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED.
as regards to their argument about no mention of back problem in those papers i said "THE REASON FOR PAIN COULD NOT BE DAIGNOSED THAT IS WHY I WAS ADMITTED & IT WAS FOUND FROM THE MRI THAT I HAD PROBLEM IN MY BACK"
i am tired of calling please... look into the matter & let me know i[censored] can process it or "I'LL TAKE BACK ALL POLICIES WITH YOUR COMPANY TAKEN FOR ALL THE MEMBERS." Was this information helpful? |
