[Resolved]  ICICI Lombard - Motor Insurance — Car accident claim-Unscrupulous avoiding factual claim- Delays causing hardship.

I have been saying repeatedly that the process you have for resolution is inefficient in the way that it is mechanical and has no sensitivity to an agreeved customer. Does it mean that I as a customer suffering due to the callous act of ICICI Lombard keep on suffering and go through the ordeal of hardship and inconvenience of not being able to use the car in spite of owning one? Does it require 7 days for someone senior to take cognisance of the situation of the customer?

Can someone senior call to resolve immediately?

pls send me my claim status of my motor cycle which claim no. is MOT 01266335. Before 2-3 days I receive a call from icici lombard which no. is[protected] and they says that my motor cycle found, that is stand in nehru place police station. But there is not any vehicle of this engine no & chasis no.Please check the status of this claim. my all document is given to you in pitam pura branch.
