ICICI Lombard Rishtey Policy — Unable to Renew my Product as it has been stopped 6 months after purchasing Rishtey Policy Number : 4034i/RIS/W-1407589/00/000 | |||
My name is SUDHISH OJHA.I have purchased Rishtey Policy 4034i/RIS/W-1407589/00/000 as on 14th December 2009 from ICICI LOMBARD at a cost of 24,568 INR for a payment term of 2 years ending 14th December 2011 .6 months after purchasing this product from ICICI LOMBARD they have stopped this product without any intimation written or over phone.Now when after 2 years when i am asking towards renewing this product they are saying it cannot be renewed. They are suggesting me to take some other products of 30,000 INR since they have closed this product.Why should i pay for ICICI LOMBARD mistake.Either they should renew my product or refund my money 24, 568 by paying the interest with compensation. I will not spare ICIC LOMBARD for there mistake and will sue them in court for all the panick and cheating they are creating in INDIA in the name of INSURANCE. I request Consumer Court to sue this company and bring them to court and give justice to lakhs of sutomers like us.
