i have taken life time gold plan in the month of september,my policy no.was12637068.sir till now i have not got even a single monthly statement of premium,which is regularily debited from my account.so it requested to send the monthly statements to my home address which is already been intimated in the policy i:e

Regulry i am not receiving monthly statements. Monthly Premium clearing by ECS. Please send the statments to my mail ID. ([protected]@yahoo.com) it is very dificult to produce Income Tax Dept.
