[Resolved]  Icse Board — issuing of duplicate marksheet

i want to varify my result because my result is not come on net but school gave me the marksheet

I pooja, had passed out 10th in 2007 and now i have misplaced my original 10th marksheet because of shifting to our new house.so i kindly request you to please tell me the procedure as to how should i apply.my 10th is icse board and the results are made from new delhi.my roll no is T/1765/014, so please do me this favour because i have to give it to the college for admissions, so please do as soon as you can.i will be very grateful to you.

I have lost my certificates as well, ICSE and ISC, and needed some guidance on the procedure to be followed to get the duplicates. I am however confused as to who everyone here is asking for help? I only see requests but i dont actually see any follow up on them. Anyone??

you can get it by downloading and submitting a form for the same from www.cisce.org. (download section)

The Council charges the following fees for the issue of the documents listed below:
Duplicate Statement of Marks Rs.1000/-
Certifying Statement of Examination Results Rs.500/-
(alongwith original affidavit & news paper cutting)
Duplicate Migration Certificate Rs.500/-
Duplicate Admission Card Rs.500/-

The fees is payable only by bank draft favouring the “COUNCIL FOR THE INDIAN SCHOOL
CERTIFICATE EXAMINATIONS”, payable at NEW DELHI.
3. Duplicate Pass Certificates are not issued. If required, the Council will issue a
Certifying Statement of Examination Result, which contains the details that are
found in the Pass Certificate. For obtaining a Certifying Statement of Examination
Results, the following documents are to be produced.
a) An affidavit notorized by a ‘Notary Public’ or attested by an Oath Commissioner
stating that the applicant has lost his/her Pass Certificate. (original copy
required)
b) Cutting of a news paper announcement either in English or Hindi (If the
publication is in any regional language, kindly supply a translation in English or
Hindi duly attested by a Notary Public or an Oath Commissioner) stating that the
Pass Certificate issued to the applicant has been irretrievably lost. This
announcement should carry the name of the applicant, the Index Number, Year
of passing the examination and the name of the School. (original copy
required)
4. Kindly ensure that complete and correct particulars are provided in the application.
Incomplete or wrong information may result in undue delay in issuing the
documents.
The application completed in all respects along with the bank draft for the correct amount
should be sent to:

I Harkirat Kaur had cleared 10th and 12th from St. Francis' Convent High School, Jhansi in 2003 and 2005 respectively.I lost the marksheets and the pass certificates of both the years while traveling. I have job offers in hand but can't join the services till i submit my originals for verification purposes. I've lodged an FIR regarding the loss of documents, now i kindly request you to issue me the duplicates at the earliest or provide me with the information about the procedure to be followed for the same, as it is i don't even have the xeroxed copies as all the documents were neatly arranged in a folder that's missing.

Sir, I am Ashraf Hussain from Shivam High School & Junior College, Yadav Nagar, Kahrani Road, Sakinaka, Mumbai:400072.I had appreard for ISCE Examination on 2008 for standard 10th from your reputed board and my Index no.T/4477/066& Registration No.T/WB175/071/08.Now, my family had been shifted to Mumbai.Now, I would like to appear for the 12th Board Examintion from the Maharashtra Board.My college had already posted you an application regarding this dated 19th Nov-2009 and my reference Post Refernce No. is SP-POD EM[protected]IN.And I send a Demand Draft on 27/11/2009 for the verification of Rs 300 and its Sr no.37/01425.My college wants a confirmation letter so that I file the Examination form of 12th from Maharshtra Board .I had called many times in Council Office but nothing is going on.Sir, I beg You to looking after my request and sort out the problem.Sir, please kindly do the needful as soon as possible and save my studies not to get waste.As, the college is charging me Rs.50 penalty for late fees.As, my family is suffering from financial crisis and not in the condition to pay.Sir, your earlist action would be helpful.

I, am, the undersigned student of ICSE Board.I had passed class X from this Board on 2008 and my Index no.T/4477/066 and Registration No.T/WB175/071/08 in West Bengal.But, my has been shifted to Mumbai.Now, i willing to give the 12th Examination from Maharashtra Board.Now, my college wants a confirmation letter from the ICSE board.As, my college has already sended a application to the Additional Secretary &Officiating Chief Executive & Secretary, CISE 47-48, Pragati House, 3rd floor, Nehru place, New Delhi, Delhi:110019 on 19th November 2009 regarding this.I had also send a Demand Draft of Rs 300 for the verification charge according to them.But till now there is no response from the ICSE Broad.As, the college is charging me Rs50 of per day for examination fees.And if the examination date passed on then sir my year is going to be wasted .Please, look after my request and do the needful .Your earliest action would be helpful.
