[Resolved]  ICVBP — Bills registered for direct payment not being paid by the bank

My Card No.[protected]. Beside this I had old Cards No,[protected] and[protected]. My MTNL bill and Airtel bills were registered for the direct payment by the to the debit of my credit card account. Forthe last two months these bills are not being paid by bank and at the last moment I have to run for making the payment my self. I talked to customer care no. and they told me that later two cards mentioned above have expired and as such the bills are not being paid. I was assured that the bills will now be registyered under the former card. But this has not been done . Today I have again received an SMS that Airtel bill could not be processed and I should make the payment myself.If the bank is not prepared to extend this service and that too against a fee, I will request that my ICVBP instruction be cancelled under an intimation to me . Or I should be assured that in future the bill will be regularly paid in time without creating any embarresment for me.

This in regards to the debit which ICVBP has made on my credit card without intimating me and without my authorization. I had no word with any of their customer care on call for debit so how can they do without my permission.I want my amount to be refunded back to my credit card asap.
