ICVBP — Payment made twice under UNICEF TCPL

A transaction of Rs.700 has been made on my HDFC bank credit card :[protected] on 1st of oct on the name o[censored]NICEF TCPL . Today 8th oct, 2015 again i received a message saying a debit of 700 rs has been made to you credit card. This transaction has been done without my authentication and it has been done twice. The donation was to be made only once .. there is no reason to debit ammount twice . Please kindly provide details for this transaction and refund the second transaction made.
