me an d my family had the votres id card but we were told to get new one with fresh photo at thakur hindi medium school kandivali east. we filled a form given by the authority and the photo were also clicked by them, our old voters cards were taken by them against with they issued us a receipt by producing it we were to collect our new card from office at dahisar in the mounth of april 2008. till date we have not received it inspite of regular visit to their office .hope to get it before the election
