i have submitted my application form for inclusion of voters at august 2008 in st.antony's elementary school( trichy 22nd ward). I am studying b.e at accet, karaikudi. i need this id card for many works.
till now i dont receive my id card. No response should be given in the corresponding offices.
please take an action for receiving my id card.

voters I-D card not received
Dear sir,
I am leaving in osmanabad. On 28 march 2009 we submitted photo for voters i-d in tahasil office, osmanabad. Mr Sayeed is representative of our area. Also on 18/09/2009 Mr Sayeed took a photo copy of my self and my son, and gave a promise to give id cards as soon as possible. But, he failed in his promise and gave a poor response.
Please take necessary action. I am working as "GRAHAK PANCHYAT" member.br...

voter id card not recieved
I have my name registered in the voters' list for the past 3 years, and have been voting too, but till date have not recieved my photo id card till date.

Wrong spelling on my voter ID card
Sir / Ma'am,
In my Voter I.D. Card the spelling of my name is written as -"Md. Nazeemudan" instead of "Md. Nazeem Uddin".and my father name is written as "Late Fuddin" instead of "Md. Latee[censored]ddin" I'm a resident of Hyderabad and the locality is Feel khana. So, I would like to know what is the procedure of changing the wrong spelling as well as surname and address.
