[Resolved]  IDBI Bank — Amount received less than entered and was debited in my a/c.

RESPECTED SIR / MADAM I had withdrawn Rs. 8000 from IDBI account, in Vadodara on 11th November, 2012, from SBI ATM, harni Road. I got Rs. 900 cash in hand but my account showed debit of Rs. 8000. I filled in the ATM dispute form in IDBI bank on 13th November, 2012, in Vadodara itself. I had asked if i had to repeat the procedure from pune as my home branch is FC Road, Pune. That time, the bank officials said I do not have to do anything and I will get my refund in 21 working days. I waited and nothing happened. Then i went to Gujarat colony, Vanaz corner branch of IDBI, where the officials talked very rudely with me and said they would not help. Then, i went to my home branch, FC Road, Pune. There, i was asked to wait and the lady named Shibani said she would get back to me on 14th Jan., Monday. I also asked if i had to repeat the formalities of ATM dispute form so she replied saying "NO".. She didn't get back to me and hence, i went again on Saturday. I had also mailed regarding this, to the operations head, Mr. Vinayak Kshirsagar, previously. I met him and told him the scenario. He said he would get back to me on Monday and asked me to submit a written complaint against Shibani and fill in ATM dispute form. He also has not got back to me. He doesn't even respond to my calls. Whenever i try and call, he cuts the call, or puts me on hold, or texts saying he will call in a minute but nothing he does. Please help me get my money with legal claim of Rs. 100 per day. But, till date I haven't received any amount. Pl. look into the matter and pl. help me to come out of this probem. I will be very oblized to you. Thanking You, Regards, Ruchi Thakkar .
