IDBI Bank Ltd — SIBIL RATE NEGATIVE AFTER PAYMENT | |||
Dear Sir, I have take a home loan and after one year I have closed the loan by making full payment including precloser charges. Still my Sibil rating is going negating I am not able to take credit card or loan. This is not only with IDBI but also with HDFC (Personal Loan), Icici (credit card and Personal Loan), Centurian Bank (2 wheeler Loan). All has been fully paid but they have not updated the things in SIBIL. so we are sufferring because of their inefficiency Balasubramanian Was this information helpful? | |||

IDBI bank have all the useless staff in their banking services, they dont even understand and know how to respond to the customers grievance. Worst banking experiance.
