IDBI Bank Manager Kanpur ATM Return — Return of my ATM Card

Dear sir/madam,
Myself Jitendra tiwari and i am cutomer of SBI bank, Usmanpur, kanpur having account number [protected].Today at 12:47 i used your bank ATM with my SBI card number[protected] at The MAll road branch (ATM ID ATM0090)for cash withdrawal.After amount withdrawal, i by mistake forget to collect the card as i am suffering from fever and went to near my bike suddenyly i remember to collect my card and come back atonce.But there gaurd told me that he took the card from ATM and deposited it to the bank manager.When i asked Mr. Srivastawa (BM) about return of my card.he start misbehaving and ordered me to leave the branch at once and said that go and talk to your SBI branch.And most importanyly he said that as you are not custmer of my Bank so i can not talk to you.When i tries to give my ID and address proof and application for returning the card.He insulted me and called the guard to throw me out and even he did not pay a single look over my application and proofs.Even whole staff were involved in this insulting issues.I am asking you dear sir IDBI bank is superior than Indian Goverment and Finance Misnitry.Those allow us to withdraw cash from any ATM.
So it is my humble request to you plz return my card asap as i am feeling very insulting and depressed.If this card is returned to me, my family will face financial crises as we have to make some urgent payments.
