[Resolved] Idea Cellular — IDEA Custormer Care did not register a complaint against www.rechargeitnow.com | |
Hey, I did a webcharge with www.rechargeitnow.com for IDEA mobile no. [protected] with MRP Rs 245. Their website mentioned that the TT is Rs 222. But i got only Rs 112. I tried to register a complaint with IDEA CC and they did not register any complaint . Also the way the customer care executive spoke to me was very rude. I'm very hurt with their experience. So I appeal to the customers of IDEA mobile users, not to use the website www.rechargeitnow.com for web recharge, as their mentioned plans are out of date and who knows, they are intentionally not updating them. Is it the fault of IDEA mobile service, that did not update the plan page? Or is it the fault of www.rechargeitnow.com? Was this information helpful? | |

Idea has a customer service i have to lodge a complain for my recharge vouchers of RS 53 from www.rechargeitnow.com they had put me on hold for 10 mins and nt registered my complaint i just wanted to know whether it is fault of rechargeitnow.com or IDEA ... my num is [protected] for idea

This side is Pardeep Aggarwal, i am using your services from last 1 year. My contact no. is +[protected]
But Yesterday, 27th May, 2009, at 3:16 PM i got a message from your cellular company as ID-52703 that "Rs. 10 has been deducted from your pre paid account for MunnaBhai Jokes Service", then i checked my Account balance & yes it was deducted.
The reason i am writing here is that i never registered for this Jokes service & never received any jokes from this service. Last month also it was deducted.
My complaint is that when i have never registered to this Munnabhai Jokes services then how the amount is deducted from my account.
Do look into this matter & want to hear soon from your side.
