I am very disappointed about your careless works because i am complaining you from[protected] that my sim card plan is changed on 9th of dec 2009. I did'nt give a request to to change my plan 1 paise and also i did'nt recharged also then how come you changed my previous plan 0.30paise, 50paise and 99paise to 1paise. who is responsible for this. when i complaint on 9th dec 2009 your representative Shneha and madhu told me that we are taken the complaint and complt no.[protected] we will feed back your and you will get back your previous plan and we solve your problem in or before[protected]. so i wait till that date but my plan was not changed to previous plan and again i complaint that same above but they give another complt.no.[protected] we sole the problem on or before[protected] itself. so i requesting you to back my previous plan soon. dont take more time.

Same thing happened with me also. to solve this i uninstall the quick heal and install other anti virus after that install Idea Net Setter.
net work perfectly but Net Speed really Suck.

quick heal firewall pro is not working .

when open the computer comments " the quick heal firewall is not installed or activated "

though the quick heal is installed and registered in my pc .

this problem started a few days back

Pl assist and reactivate the antivirus module.

quickheal renewal charges shuold be less than new one. why will I purchase new licence key?

I have a number [protected], it is post paid plan due to unnecessary bill I convert it into prepaid plan . When I give my whole document with long exercise around 4 month then they convert it. After few days I receive a call about my document from IDEA Customer Care I tolerate it because I give my all documents to IDEA before converting the plan.After few days my phone disconnect when I query from IDEA office they said to me that you give again your all document to IDEA prepaid office then we go to IDEA prepaid office and submit all documents but my mobile is not activated to till time I am not getting what should I do? I don't give my any document again in IDEA office. activate my mobile as well as soon. If you not activate my connection I will go to consumer forum.

I have edge enabled phone and i am using internet on my pc.
My internet speed(full edge speed i.e. 23kbps download speed) is well before 10-12 days but now it really sucks.

I think you should check whether your area has edge cover or not if not than the speed wont go above 10 kBps if yes than check the signal strength or your device...technically you must get around 23 to 25 kBps...

I have purchased a idea netsetter today. whatever speed the application stats show i am not even able to load gmail and check mail. forget downloading any file.

post paid account — non activity complaints

Hai, I am the customer of BSNL-Cell One, and i want a cell for my office and business use, so i purchase the airtel sim from tirunelveli - balaji communication, they says every papers and evidence are correct and accepted, and they give connection in two days. But they can't connect for one week, then i asked why what the problem my papers and proofs are any problem, again they told same do. It can affect my business and i want the reason for that, it is not a fun, everyman can do------ i think the dealer is frouad so tirunelveli people can beware the dealer.

This is to inform you that I had got a call from Idea cellular's dealer code TFR[protected]&[protected]), named "Creative" dealer for post paid connection. When their sales executive came, I paid the amount and submitted all my required documents with photograph and got a SIM[protected])[protected].
But till now, it is not activated. They are not answering calls and not reporting anything on calls. They have already taken 6 days but not taking any actions. I have their receipt also, I know nothing will happen because of Indian law, slow legal rules, activities but just to inform the people to take care of from such dealers

I too hv taken an idea connection. I got message a from [protected]. I called and asked for new connection.Executive(Name Brijesh, ([protected], 99% sure) Dealer name : Creative, Code Tfr126 (bit misprinterd) as per Receipt, ) came to me, i gave him money but number has not been activated yet not even been requested for. Sir I am working in MSEDCL Company (MSEB) in Nashik Zone, and there was a special plan for MSEB employees and I had taken three sim but it is regretted to say that I want to disconnect one No. that is [protected]. Idea Cellular — DND not getting acivated

Hello,

I am resident of Narnaul, Haryana and I bought an Idea Prepaid Mobile Connection (#[protected]). I requested DND for my number and it was told to me that it will be activated in 15-days but I keep on getting the unnecessary calls on my number. I called-up the customer care again and it was told to me that the request was not registered properly and that is why the request has not be registered. So, I raised second request on June 25, 2009 and I was told to wait for another 15-days (request#[protected]. To my dismay, I keep on receiving the calls even after 15 more days. I called-up the customer care center on July 12, 2009 and I got the reply that due to technical issues, the request has not been registered yet and I need to wait for another 15-days. This is so concerning as its already more than a month and I am getting stupid calls till 9 in the night and even on Sundays. Please take appropriate steps on the issue.

I am not getting what actually the problem is...No Incoming, No outgoing...when I went to the nearest idea center, they told me it happened with other numbers too...but why I don't know...

Its a hell of a service with this people. I lost about Rs. 3, 500/- with a netsetter 3 years back and I started hating idea services. I stopped using all idea SIMs and threw it off at their idea points. This happened because of various reasons. Now when this bloody fellows bagged the 3G band for Kerala and I was forced to take a SIM again last Saturday and I left off to Chennai for a meeting. Surprisingly the SIM was active from the very first second I crossed the border. Happily I got it recharged for 3G services and it was actives within minutes. But after few hours it showed me insufficient balance and I topped itup again. Monday I returned back to Tirupur and I got an SMS stating that my documents were not received. I contacted the agency which gave me the SIM and they said its already submitted and will check it again. Tuesday I was back and the moment I was in the home network my SIM was blocked. I went straight to idea point and again submitted a copy of my passport and filled the form again. They promised that the matter will be solved with in 72 Hrs. Thursday again I contacted Customer care and they directed me to Idea point again where I repeated the process once more and they said 72hrs. Today its Monday and I am going to burn the SIM in idea point as it is better for me to take a BSNL or Vodafone connection (not of Kerala) and activate 3G which will use the cross over bands.
Moral: So my dear fellow citizen just throw away idea and get some other service provider to stay connected. They believe only in one thing. How to squeeze out the maximum money out of our pockets and for they say..." What an idea Sirjeee... "

Idea Cellular Ltd is charging lot of amount unnecessarly.

from last 1 month thaey are charing ipl-score message 10 rs per day even thourg i have not requested .
