Dear Sir,
Since more than one year i m a subscriber of Idea Cellular Ltd for mobile services. In this period they had unlogically harassed me by service discontinuation three time before quarterly & forth time right now.
I had also registered complaint earlier but not got out of this problem. Despite three times document submission how they can do like this & if its forge or not eligible than whats the reason behind service continuation of 3-months & than sudden abortion.

What the hell is going on, despite of three times documentation submission my service discontinued & this is fourth time after 6 month, see the earlier complaint registered by me.
If the document is doesn't meet your eligible criteria then why you started the service at initially & what the logic behind the wake up after 6 month for verification???
This i m not going to let u, resume my service at a time otherwise will registered complaint at RTI & consumer court.

And one thing i do not understand that if the document was invalid then why you wake up after three months?? ehy its been continue till date???

I do not understand your telecom services logic behind discontinuation of my no. i.e incoming & outgoing calls after 3Months.

Before three months i had subscribed for ur services through a local retailer & services continue within 1hr but after 3 days its discontinued. In that case i spent my precious time to continue it & went to gallery, Executive said that ur document did not reach to company which i submitted to retailer. So again i submitted there @ Idea gallery to continue my no. If the retailers giving fake promises to costumer & not submitting documents to company then whats the fault of cost.? Why u r selling them cards.??

And now why my no discontinued after three months??/I had suffered a lot today so please continue my services & confirm...otherwise i m going to consumer forum with this copy & will file a legal complaint.

I had purchased a Prepaid phone number from IDEA Cellular Ltd. (Branch: Irla, Vile Parle West) in the month of September 2011.
I submitted my verification documents on the purchase of the number. After using the number for 6 days, I got a message on my phone saying that the documents have not been submitted. I re-visited the branch immediately, and I was told that documents are still being processed at their 'control center'. After a week, my phone number was suddenly barred. I again had to visit the Idea branch, and I was told that there might be a problem with the documents and that's why the service might have been barred. Immediately, I submitted the verification documents to the branch employee, Suresh, and I was promised that the phone would start working in the next 48 hours.
The number began working, but for the next two months, I was receiving a message saying that my services are barred because my documents have not been submitted. Irritated and frustrated, I again visited the branch, and I was told that the message I am receiving is just an error in the system and there won't be a problem with my phone.
But today, suddenly after 3 months, my network service was disconnected. I called the employee who promised to help, 'Suresh', and told me that he is not working for Idea anymore. He gave me the contact number of that branch and I called them. A person named 'Hardik' answered my query and he didn't even let me complete my complaint. All of a sudden he started shouting at me on the phone. He was probably messed up with something else and he was releasing his anger on me.

So, the conclusion is, after 5 months of torture, loss of over Rs.1500, visiting the Vile Parle from Andheri over 10 times, getting verbally assaulted by an employee from Idea, I still don't have a phone connection, Amazing.

idea netsetter is fruad its speed is 2-60kbps and they say 260kbps minimum when we complain they shout and when we say we will call the police they say go ahead we are not scared

The Fourth Month Bill Was Generated on[protected] For that I Paid RS.1200.00. For the next month bill amt is shows Rs.6252.00. How it is possible. Where is the systems, If have a credit limit means if I suppose Arises means also automatically disconnection my line is a system. I don't understand. I am not utilised such an amount its show the improper behaviour and improper system maintaining of the idea cellular company. This is a bad idea to the idea cellular company.
I paid Rs 6252.00. In this Bill Amount I am shocked with the idea cellular company this bill is a totally problem to the idea company. Every month I have received an alert message with the idea cellular company. On each and every month my credit limit should be increased. Because of my prompt payment
This bill i paid more than Rs.3500.00 Extra to the idea cellular company. On That time my credit limit of Rs.2500.00.
My invoice no for the month of Jan-2012- invoice no [protected], Mobile and Net Setter No[protected].
If Over the credit limit means the line should be automatically disconnected. But this month the line was not disconnected but i not utilised that much of the data in my plan change mode i have an 10GB Free Usage is there, still I paid the amount of Rs.6252.00.
Kindly requested to get back the balance amount from the company immediately. I Faced lot of the problem with the back office people of the idea cellular company.
They are ill iterated people they don’t know how to talk to the client. But i paid still now on date all the bill payments. I Have an All History of the bill copy And S-m’s alerts to my systems. Kindly provided me and Proper Responses for this issue and save me on these kind national issues. They were robbery the consumer money in different ways. Pl control this kind of nonsense’s immediately at any cost.
The Back end people were not given a proper responded on this issue. They are not a solution finder; idea company policy is to robbery the customer money with an bad techniques and bad ideas.

i have a post paid connection with ideacellular with a number of [protected] .during the month of march 16th i have approach idea's kothamangalam office for converting my connection as prepaid and i have remitted full amount they are quoted for the same and they also give new Sim card for prepaid number .after three days from the payment date the new Sim card is not activated ,again i visited the same office they quoted me to pay rs 78 for activation ,i explain her about that i am already paid the settlement you are quoted on 16th of this month and i am not in a position to solve the mistake made by you ,then she shouted me to 'do what ever you can'.after that i am relieved from there.kindly intervene this case and do the needful for solve my issue

My name is yabhi raj. I an using idea cellular by mobile no. [protected]. Today on 24 march nearly at 7 o'clock in eve i recharged my account with 41 rs msg card. I recived msg of successful recharge. But i think idea is cheating me , my message are charge by 60p per msg. I tried to contact customer care but they are not answering. Hope you will help me.

I have purchased an Idea Netsetter for Rs.1200/- cost and they have offered a speed 7.2 Mbps but even I did not get even more than 250 kbps in the first 7 to 8 days and their offer was 512 MB Free Usage was exceeded without any much usage from my side. And first 3 days of checking my net and I come to know the Data was downloading very speedly without any usage, so I made compalint to Idea Celluar by email and direct complaint to my direct Idea Galler from where I purchased the Net Setter.

Now I got a bill for above Rs.3900/- and I only used arond less than 3 to 4 hours totally, so how is it possible to generate 863 MB for this small usage. I made complaint in the starting but they informed me that they can only workout after bill generation and before that due to excess download of data they have suspended my line and I was not able to use further anymore.

NOw I am waiting their reply to waive off my amount and allow me use further with proper intimation of data usage daily basis.

But I did not receive any reply further.

dear sir,due to your marketing people in pune,I had applied for two connections for my children.As required a gentleman named yogesh([protected]) came to house and handed over two sim cards bearing numbers [protected] [protected] and[protected] for rs.500/ cash and also gave four mobile numbers [protected],[protected],[protected]and[protected] to chose from.We selected [protected] and[protected] to which he said that they will be activated after verification of all the required records submitted by us.some one came for verification and the first mobile ie.[protected] started functioning but for second number [protected] again a gentleman came for verification of original records and after that he assured that the same will be activated.however again he came and gave another number [protected] and said that my new number will be activated.But nothing happened so far.I made some verifications and found that the number [protected] was given to some one near ST bus stand pune for a girl staying at subhas nagar. we do not know whether our forms and documents submitted to your man was used to provide mobile connection to this girl staying at subhas nagar? we made complaint to your sales office who again sent a person to our house for verification,but looking into the mismanagement and attitude of your people,we decided not to take any further connection from your company whose personnel were busy in fooling the people by taking money and providing connections under cover of our documents.
It is further to inform you that the number [protected] belongs to some body else and connected to us.This gentleman phoned to day and stated that the number belonged to his sister.I promised him that I will be making complaint to you in this respect and hence this report.
I understand that my money is eaten away by your men and there is no proper management and will to serve people ,I feel better to be away from company like your's.WHY ARE YOU SPOILING good name of your company whom I appreciated for 11 long years.

I, RAJINDER SATI, having an Idea Mobile No. [protected] (post paid) for the last 8 years. With effect from January-12 a GPRS facility was activated in my above mobile Number without my knowledge, whereas I have never requested for the same. In this regard I have been charged for the same amounting to Rs.463.55 (Jan.-12 116.45 + Feb.12 119.20 + March.12 227.90 ) which has been brought to the notice of Customer care for various times, but all in vain.
In view of the above, It is once again requested to kindly revert the above amount so charged to my account at the earliest under intimation to me, failing which I shall have no other alternative but to close this account immediately without making any further payment and shall be forced to complain to the Çonsumer Court’.
The matter may please be treated as Urgent and intimate me the action taken by 24 hrs.

hi i am gaurav dixit having an idea prepaid conn. With no. [protected]. I have complained in idea about unusual balance deduction for one service for which i have requested cust. Care exec. Pushpaben and himanshu patel in 5 days advance about three times and they assured me that service is deactivated and i will not loose my balance further, but my balance is deducted again for which i asked them but they denied at first and after my valid opinion they immediately deact. Service and assured me that i will get refund of balance after talking to supervisor after that i called them thrice to talk to supervisor but they said he is busy , after that i mailed at cus. Care guj. about the issue then i got some pathetic reply from priyanka kote then i replied again and made her a humble request to let me talk to some some senior person till now i havnt get any reply from her also. And no one is recieving my call on 198 & 12345. Now i request consumer forum to help me getting justice against this fraud activity done by idea.

Today[protected] at 18:46 I received a miss call from [protected]. When I seen the miss Call I dialed the number. The person from other side telling me that I have won 25L rupees and I have to call on [protected] to Mr. Akash Verma. I disconnected the conversation and not called back. Then I realized that the number is from Pakistan.

Is there any problem for me in the future? Can any body miss use my number for illegal activity?

I got a call yesterday from idea customer care([protected]) agent said that we have a special offer for you, he said if you recharged your phone with Rs. 25 then you will get full talk time and 2 sec /1 paisa as a call rate.
after recharging the phone by Rs. 25 still i am untouched from the get the benefit as agent told me.

please look in this matter it is not happening first time.every time agents misguides

sir i m do a instant recharge of 49 rupee twice but i m not get balance in my account just only conformation MSG is i receive from company and then i call to 198 then customer care give man is in sleeping mode and he is just tel me you get a information its ok or not then after he is band my number to call a customer care i m call a 1 hour to customer care but my call is not connected to them. i want justice against this company's and a take some need full action on that.

i have recharged my idea sim ([protected]) for 199 Rs on 26 th february2012. for idea netsetter plans but that plan was not on that number.but neither i have recived those money as talktime nor as any other plan like 98Rs gprs plan. so i want justice
