[Resolved]  Idea Packers and Movers — cheated by idea packers and movers

Dear sir,
I was approached by an field officer from idea packers and movers named s.B.Nayak after I sent an online inquiry for shifting my house from bangalore to hyderabad to their website. Firstly these guys talked about how good they are their success stories and so on to convince me to go with their service. On friday 3rd feb 2012 they took all my household items which included brand new tv, fridge, washing machine, double bed, sofa and dining table etc. They also took rs. 11000 in total as an advance on the total bill of rs. 12000 on the same day and promised the delivery on monday 6th june 2011.
Today 7th feb 2012 the consignment has still not arrived at my place and when I called nayak he started making excuses and when I had a long debate on the delivery date as mentioned in the agreement he is completely denying even if its on the paper signed by him and started threatening me about not delivering the goods at all and selling them.
Now these guys are blackmailing me to give more amount or they would never deliver my goods. This is totally an unethical and fraud behavior. Due to this delay my wife and kinds have no bed to sleep and I had to go and buy/Borrow things from this new neighborhood in tolichowki, hyderabad.
I request you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest and take serious action against this misconduct.
