Very Poor Service, The Executives don't care about your goods I had a very bad experience for this company when I booked a two wheeler from Mumbai to bangalore on March 24, 2010, Even after 15 days while writing this review I haven't received my scooter in chennai and they just don't seem to bother. My friend got it done from Gati and received in just 4 days. I would highly recommend not to book goods from this company and instead prefer Gati Packers and Movers Was this information helpful? | |||

They are CHEATS I had requested to have my household atricles to be moved to Bangalore in Feb2012. I had contacted their your Mumbai ofice. However the goods were not delivered on time delivered I was charged extra for Insurance charges. For which I was not handed a receipt. When i contacted their office they refused to give me a recept of the insirance policy. This is simply cheating on their part and equivalent to stealing from the customers. Not only were their charges misleading but also their service was horrid. The customer executives were very rude and not interested in customer queries. VERY BAD SERVICE. They are CHEATS>. I would think twice before I use this service again. VERY DISAPPOINTING

IDEA PACKERS & MOVERS — PATHETIC SERVICE
I cannot believe how come a ISO Certified company work in such a way.I took the service from IDEA PACKERS & MOVERS (Registered Head Office at Chuna Mandi, Paharganj, New Delhi) for shifting my household from NEW DELHI to PATNA.
Cheater employees: Mr. Rajiv Ranjan
These guys are such a cheater, they promised me the delivery of my goods in Patna in 3-4 days, but gave the delivery in 1 week time, that too after my several mail exchanges & telecons to the different officials of the company. Now these guys are postponing the delivery day by day... somtime they are saying I vehicle is having some problem, sometime they are saying I dont have labour to deliver the good. Blah Blah Blah..
I dont understand how ISO give certification to such companies.
NOTE: MY STRONG RECOMMENDATION TO EVERONE IS THAT NEVER EVER USE THE SERVICES OF THIS COMPANY.
