and his Airtel no is [protected] but our sim card is still active and som one
using when ever we called on our number he spoken roughly and we given police compliant
and next time we called our mobile he disconnected and called from his idea
number +[protected] he spoken improperly so we need his address

On 9th july 21012 I was trying to recharge my Idea Prepaid Mobile No-[protected], through net banking for Rs 100/-.The amount of Rs.100/- has been deducted from my account No.[protected],Panjab University branch, Sec 14, Chandigarh. Bank transaction details as given under.
No Mobile Charged and I have not received any refund till date.

I was being robbed by the concerned Idea Mobile Number-[protected] .He took 1000Rs from me and dissapeared.So can i have an option to track his name and address please so that i can give a police complaint again him.

Co. Cutted Rs.45on the name caller tune without any prior infortion on 07/07/2012 at 11:56a.m.
I called them for deactivation on 07/07/2012 at 12:02 p.m. and it deactivated but they do not refund my money back. Govt. Should penalize this co. then only they will get a lession.

I am not sure how many of you're facing this problem but nowadays I am receiving calls from international numbers -

[protected]
+[protected]
[protected]
+[protected]
+[protected]

I don't understand why these callers cant be blocked for my cell number. I informed this nuisance to IDEA call center and I don't know what action are taken. The above numbers call during any time of the day or the night, sometimes 10 am, 12:30 pm, 1 pm, at times even in the late night like 3 am.

I want to know if any other people are facing this problem. The numbers call and immediately disconnect; expecting us to call back. I once called back, a lady picked up and said "Mera naam Zeba hai, Main aapse baatein karna chahti hoo.." I immediately hung up sensing something vicious, it costed me 30Rs for speaking for single call. I thought some international job consultant might have called me.

Now this has become as frequent as daily 3-4 calls.

Can IDEA people please block this? What is the way out of this nuisance, else I will have to change my number; I am going to throw this IDEA number and take some other number if this sustains. Any others who are disturbed with such unknown international callers please step forward.

this is to bring the kind notice of false deductions from my account of idea cellular service. On 4 Jul 12 , i got a message that the jobs alets service will be newed on 7 jul12 and will be charged rs 30/-. it was also mentioned that to deactivate sms UNSUB regjob to 50789. even after my sms on the said nos twicw on 4 & 6jul 12, the service has not stopped and teh charge of Rs 30 has been deducted on 7 Jul 12. even my call has not been attended by customer service. .Sir This is not first instance. You are requested to loook into the matter and my amount so deducted may please be refunded to me.

i brought two idea recharge coupon....when i scratch some number i cant read so i cant reachrge my mobile with those coupon so now what can i do ?i have both coupon nd serial number of coupons................

whenever i go nearest place (Like as Village, City) so i use GPRS but i come back in my village so i don't use 2G/3G Gprs.

I am Vinod shastri. I am customer of Idea cellular by last 7 year. I live in Fatehpur shekhawati district sikar (Rajasthan Circle). I trust your network and services a lot. Last month I lost my cell phone along with the sim card ([protected]). I made a complaint against to issue a new sim card with the same phone number([protected]) with the local Idea service center here in fatehpur shekhawati.
The owner of the shop (customer care) charged 100 rupees against the new sim card at 19 june 2012. On the date 2nd july 2012 suddenly I felt my sim card was not working, no tower in it, the sim card registration failed this message was shown to me. Today itself at 5th july I went to the local customer care shop again for the problem. He again asked me 100 rupees and gave me another sim card. The problem was continue with the current sim. I went to the person (local customer care ) and asked about.
He told me that he cant do anything regarding this problem. His behavior was also not proper. I was very disappointed with the service provided by the customer.
I trust you and hope a good response from your side. I hope you would not let me go for another componey’s services. Waiting your response.

the worst customer service in mobile service provider,IDEA always giving promise that they will solve in 24 hoursa since 1st july 2012 mobile [protected] deducted 30 rs as vas service when contacted customere care they told it will be refunde on 3/7/12 but still not refunded.

I am from kerala state and since last 4 days am experiencing problems with my idea prepaid connection. i can't making and receiving calls on my idea number. I cant make any calls and i will get a "network busy" meassage everytime..what i will do?

My mother is using idea number [protected]. I did following recharge on her mobile.

RECHARGE DETAILS :
1. Recharge on 04-Apr-12 with 200 Rs.
2. Recharge on 29-May-12 with 200 Rs.

and idea people deducted her balance twice of 150 Rs. as following details:

DEDUCTION DETAILS :
1. Deduction on 18-Jun-12 of 150 Rs. for Value added service( according to Idea IVRS system ).
2. Deduction before 18-Jun-12 of 150 Rs.

They did not intimate for any balance deduction so I did not know about the deduction . But when her saw balance then she told me that there is some deduction, then I called Idea customer care and by using IVRS of customer care I get to know that the deduction is done of 150 Rs on 18th jun due to VALUE ADDED SERVICE and system was giving information for last 15 days so I dont have previous 150 Rs. deduction date and details (which was before 18th june ) .When I asked to idea customer care they say "we cant provide you information SYSTEM IS DOWN call us after 24 hours/10 hours/ 4 hours ...." .I called them more than 20 times and from more than 20 days, still they are saying SYSTEM IS DOWN .

After this when there was no way to contact them then I sent email to them. They said there is no deduction and recharge also.
But I did recharge through Net Banking so i have bank statements and messages of recharge also as proof.

They are simply cheating customers.

Kindly do some need full against them.

Idea customer care called me several time on my mobile no. [protected] to buy Idea net setter with one plan. i go through with that and i gave the money through checq of HDFC nasik Road brance to Sai Raj communication. After giving the amount this donggle worked only one day and till date is not working. Now i start to call their customer care numbers to activat the same but till nothing happen. i submitted all the required document to them but till no solution. please help me.

Hi my name is rajasekaran and my number is [protected] belongs to IDEA service. Today(04/07/2012) morning i called 53535 to get loan 3 rupess from idea. They said like 'congralulation we provided a loan of 3 rupees'. But i didnt get 3 rupess for some more time. I called customer service and talked with MUTHURAMALINGA, he didnt give correct reason then disconnected my call without informing.Again i tried and talked with some other one. He too does not given correct reason. Now i recharged with 30 rupess and checked he balance it is 19.70, normally it would be 23.70, they deducted my balance 4 rupees for that loan. I am so shocked. Great cheating. WHAT AN IDEA SIRJI, no ji it is CHEATING Ji.

I have lost my mobile Samsung Guru with idia number [protected]. Kindly block this number, so that it can not be used illegally.

I had received missed call from a number outside India. The number is +[protected]. First on 17/06/2012 18:59 again at 19:00 then at third time I received this call at 19:00 for 4 seconds. It was a mute call. on the same day. After checking this number in Google I found that this number is from Egypt. I don't Know who this person is ?

It was intimated vide email dated 07.06.2012 by me to Service Provider to discontinue my mobile No.[protected] as I have been transferred in other place from their.

The Service Provider replied on my request to deposit for dues against this no. before applying for disconnection. After that I was again requested after clearing all dues for the same on 08.06.2012 through e-mail dated 08.06.2012 which was not disconnected and after completion of one month time, I received a bill of Rs.458.65 for payment which was not utilized by me .

Due to the reason, I am not liable for payment of any bills raised further after my intimation.
