[Resolved]  Identity Card — Name Deleted from Voter List

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have Voter ID Card but my all family member's name has been delate or address transfer from voter list without any reason.I dont know what is this? Last time I check my Id Card no. on election commission site so my address is 54B, Yadav Park Extn. B- Block, when my real address is 54, Ram Nagar Colony Najafgarh Road, Nangloi, New Delhi-110041.I give all detail as per my voter id so, please you help me and tell me how we rectified this mistake, the details are give below:-

Father's Name: VEER PAL SINGH
Sex: Male
Age as on 1.1.2002: 18
