I worked with this organization for 19 months (EMP ID: T24849 19 April 2010 to 9 September 2011). I served there sincerely for the whole period without any violation of their rules. While living the organization, due to some personal reason I was not able to serve the notice period but completed all formalities like clearance in all departments & ID/Access submission etc. When I asked them to give me the resignation acceptance copy, they said, we don't have a policy of giving resignation acceptance to employees. I was not absconded from my job, then, how in this country an organization can deny to provide resignation acceptance copy to employees. An organization with more than 5k employees doesn't deduct PF/gratuity, but they deduct 50% of total offered salary in various ways like 1500 for transport, 1500 for attendance incentives & various reasons. They include all these factors in the gross package to lure out candidates, but when a candidate joins only gets 50% of that. They demand Rs 25000.00 towards training, plus one month gross salary if an employee lives the organization without serving notice period. How come, someone can refund training fees to a company after serving 2/3 years. How in this world, there is no rule regulation to control their monopolies. This is like a fools paradise and all who doesn’t know manners are managers over there. I regret for being a part of this organization for 19months.
I went to the HR department thrice, sometimes they say we have not calculated your FnF amount, we won’t give you acceptance or relieving unless u give Rs40,000.00 to us and so many excuses. They are neither giving Relieving letter nor Resignation acceptance to employees. It is up to them whether they want to do FnF of ex-employees or not but how can they deny giving resignation acceptance when an employee’s resigns with all formalities. I would appreciate if I can get any assistance regarding this matter. Also please, advise if there is any rules /regulations in India to tackle such of monopolies.
